ABOUT ME

Kobus is a South African cinematographer and filmmaker with a strong background in documentary storytelling.

After working abroad in the US, Kobus returned to South Africa, where he now lives in Cape Town.

He works on everything that involves visual storytelling, including commercials, documentaries, narrative projects, and music videos, but is perhaps best known for telling the stories of real humans in a cinematic way.
